Vlad+ TOV was founded in 1998 in Kiev by experts in the field of defence electronics. The original purpose of the company was the manufacture, assembly and sale of equipment for the telecommunications industry. The legal form of the company corresponds to a German GmbH.
In 1999, close cooperation started with the German AB Elektronik GmbH (TT Electronics plc), which marked our entry into the automotive industry. Vlad+ TOV has been manufacturing electronic and electromechanical components for the German automotive industry in the Ukraine since 2000.
In its 20+ year history, the company has manufactured components for many well-known German and European OEMs such as Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Scania and Skoda on behalf of various German automotive suppliers as a supplier and subcontractor.
Today, the company employs more than 70 people in its Talne production facility. The focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the competitive framework conditions in Ukraine and the excellent labour situation at the company’s location create good conditions for further growth and expansion of cooperation with international business partners.
Vlad+ is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
Vlad+ has many years of experience in foreign trade, both in import and export as well as in contract processing. The company is able to handle customs clearance, certification, packaging, picking and shipping of products to business partners completely in-house.
